What is Amplion Argentum?
Amplion Argentum is the award given by the festival organisers in three categories: new cabaret, street art and socially engaged art. The nominations are chosen by the dramaturgic team of the festival, who have seen all the programmes beforehand and have chosen the outstanding ones. The award is traditionally given on the last day of the festival.
The word Argentum comes from Latin and means silver.
